1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 5-10 business days after purchase for domestic orders to arrive, and 2 to 3 weeks for international orders.

*Our average process to ship out time is 2-3 business days after purchase, then apply the standard shipping/transit times (1-7 days domestic and 4-15 days international).

2. Can my package be tracked?

Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. Please make sure to enter the correct email during checkout, and be sure the tracking information email doesn't go to your spam inbox. 

3. What are your exchange, return and refund policies?

- Due to the custom printing process of our apparel, we do not give or accept refunds, returns or exchanges for decision changes and customer errors made, if the order has already been processed. This includes selecting incorrect sizes, designs, colors, etc., so please carefully refer to the size/fitting charts listed on the product pages, as well as the design type, color, and quantity selected at checkout. 

- Cancellations, refunds or changes can be made to the order, if they are done before the order goes into fulfillment. Please contact us immediately if there is an order error, so it can be corrected before the fulfillment process is started.

- If a product is defective, it may be returned for a replacement, which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Please contact us first before sending any product back.
